Our History:

The Seattle Branch of Maid Brigade was started in 1990 by a local couple, Cathy & Brian Grefsrud. Raising a family and holding down full time jobs made them both realize how important quality time, with their family and with each other was to them. They also determined that other people in their workplaces, neighborhoods and communities had the same needs and although you can't give some one more hours in a day-you can give them time back by relieving the stress of day to day activities…like housecleaning! With the success of this office they expanded and purchased the Woodinville office in 1997 and the Everett office in late 2002!

One of the many reasons for this success is the ability of the Grefsrud's to hire and retain the best employees possible. Not only do they provide competitive pay and benefits, they make Maid Brigade a fun and family friendly place to work. Various functions during the year allow workers and family members to relax with other staff while enjoying a summer carnival and barbecue. or having their picture taken with Santa Claus at our Christmas party.
Every year we also recognize our employees with a region wide award banquet to acknowledge their hard work, quality and longevity. Cathy and Brian feel that if employees are shown their value they will continue to prove their worth by continually striving for excellence in all their endeavors.
